Activist-turned politician Arvind Kejriwal, who has attacked Union Law Minister Salman Khurshid and Congress president Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law Robert Vadra over the issue of corruption, is expected to come out against BJP president Nitin Gadkari on Wednesday.

Arvind Kejriwal had on Saturday declared that "five top politicians", including BJP president Nitin Gadkari, were next in his firing line. "Five more politicians would be exposed very soon," Kejriwal said. "We have received credible evidence against five top politicians, including Nitin Gadkari," he said.

Now it has to be seen who is in the firing line of Kejriwal Wednesday.

On Monday, RTI activist and India Against Corruption (IAC) member Anjali Damania had alleged that Gadkari had tried to approach her through intermediaries last week. Gadkari allegedly wanted Damania to go slow on Maharashtra's irrigation scam.

"I was told that Gadkari wanted to talk to me privately. I got a few calls last week, but they backed off when I said he will have to meet me in public. I will expose him on Wednesday," she said. An aide of Gadkari, however, denied any such claim.

Damania is expected to be in Delhi for a joint press conference with Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday, during which she may lay out evidence to support the claim against Gadkari.

Meanwhile, Kejriwal on Monday said the number of corrupt political leaders to be exposed by his India Against Corruption in the coming days is growing bigger and may be in double digits, with "insiders" coming forward to voluntarily provide information.
